Amalyse Enzyme
I just got a pound of Amalyse Enzyme in the mail. Since the recommended dosage is 1/2 tsp per 5 gallons of wort, I obviously have more than I can use in this lifetime or the next 3. If anyone wants a couple of ounces, hit me up.
On Tap:
Irreplaceable Pale Ale
On Deck:
Fermenting
Black IPA
Planning
