When I picked up a brick of US-05 from Marcus he had an extra so I got it.
Doing math on my yeast usage, I won’t use 1kg of yeast in 2yr.
I have 1 brick of 500g of US-05 for $60.
Manufactured in 2021 and best before March 2024.
