It's not a good deal at $600, maybe closer to $350? I'll have to look at it again later. Consider that fridge to be $100 or less.

Yeah definitely not worth 600, but a typical kijiji price.

yup, fridge might seem like a lot, but you can get em new for under 200, they usually go used for $100

I offered the guy $400 and he said $475 is the lowest he'll take. Pass.

You'd have to be desperate at that price, but he might get it. Kegs $25 each, fridge $100 max, CO2 tank 80 max, regulator $30 max, wasn't much more IIRC

Probably one of those people who bought it for that price, and expects others to do the same. If the difference was getting into brewing or buying beer at NSLC, $475 might make sense, it's a timing issue. If you're already bottling and kegging, it's definitely no deal.

Price it up, send him the numbers. I think that's the best way to get to the point.

Last time I did that the seller got very angry haha. I just told him it's only worth $400 so if you change your mind, let me know.

there was an ad for a guy selling grolsch bottles at $8/ea... I messaged him and told him you could buy them at the NSLC for $4/ea with beer in them
