found these in a box of computer stuff. unknown if they still work. they could be useful to someone fixing up a 6 year old computer. useless to me and will be going to the depot unless someone wants em. i can bring them to the meeting tomorrow night.

I'll claim them! I'm putting together a system for my wife's family with 2 teenage brothers who recently lost everything to a fire. I'm planning to attend tomorrow night.

What other sort of things would be useful, know1? I have a couple of HDDs 40 or 100GB in size that might be useful.

I have a 60Gb I'm planning on putting in which should be plenty for some basic surfing and light games on XP.

I can't think of anything else really, I'm building on a PC I had sitting around collecting some dust so its pretty much good to go. I'm hoping they can get a year or two out of it before becoming completely obsolete. Thanks a bunch for the offer though, greatly appreciated!

If you happen to be in my area at some point, I've got a desktop that you can have. It's nothing special as it's my 5 year old daughter's old PC, but it works fine for surfing and playing some light games. It's running Windows 7 pro.
