Non-beer freebie: HS80 Snowblower

So I have a Honda HS80 that's going to the curb for giveaway this coming weekend(Curbside giveaway in HRM). Thought someone here might want it, so I'm posting it here first.

The issue: The damn thing keeps dropping the drive belt, and I'm sick of fixing it. It shredded one belt this year, and immediately dropped the replacement. Dragging a tracked snowblower up a 30 degree incline in -20 weather sucks.

It is old, and if you have more patience than me, you could probably do a complete teardown and end up with a great working machine. That being said, it's a pretty old unit. The reason that I think some might want it is the Honda engine that's on it. These little engines are amazing, and I've seen them run for decades in blueberry operations. Someone might be able to salvage the engine for a cool project.

I'd take it for the engine if I had a way to get it to Mahone Bay. I've got a 5HP tiller with an engine that generates blue smoke every time I try to use it. And the smoke isn't coming from the engine, it's pouring out my ears because the stupid thing won't start regardless what I do to it.
