Trade or For Sale. 2 Big Beers......

Post by XmonikerX » Wed Aug 06, 2014 10:00 am

I've had these for a few years now, and I can't see me having a reason to open them anytime soon.
You all should know what these are, and what they cost when Premiere Wines & Spirits had the regular size bottles in a couple years ago.

These are the larger (375ml) Corked bottle versions.

For sale separately or as a set.
OR
Might trade for some beers equal in value, that haven't been for sale here.

Sink the Bismarck, is a quadruple IPA. @ 41%abv
Tactical Nuclear Penguin, is a Imperial Stout. @ 32%abv

PM offers. Best offer I get will probably take them. Post any questions you might have.

Could be a good way for you to get a CO2 tank Dave.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

What was paid for them? I'd be interested in the quad ipa if I don't need to remortgage the house. I think it would be a fun beer to use in a home brewed batch.

I've been wanting to try TNP since I heard of its existence. No way I get away with it though...

Keith, if you dumped either of these into a batch I'd find you and flog you to death with a salt cod, lol

You could probably buy 10x 6 packs of Garrison, for around what one of these bottles cost.

Our Big Beer Tasting never came together, eh? Crack these two and a bottle or two of Utopias, everyone pay $35 to take part?

Is anyone interested in that?

I tried both at the brewery in Glasgow, Scotland, and both were amazing. Definitely worth a try!
