Moving Sale (July 11 Update - Carboys, FastRack, etc.)

Final clearout! If possible I'd like to bring this stuff to this month's HRM meeting at Kyle's in the West End on July 12. Respond in the thread to let everyone know you're interested and stake a claim, and then PM for details.

FastRack - two racks, one tray: $20 OBO

Image

One 19L carboy and one 23L carboy: $10 each. Would need a ride to Kyle's place from North St. near Gottingen if you want these, or you could pick up at North St. some time this week. These still have a fermentation ring but I am out of PBW so they will not be completely clean. No pictures yet but I will add some when I get home this afternoon (July 11) if there is interest.

2x One gallon jugs. $2 each

Image

3x white Noble Grape buckets (probably too scratched to use for fermentation or bottling, and two out of three lids have a hole for an airlock): FREE if anyone wants them for something like grain storage.

Ten 375mL and one 1500mL green Belgian heavy bottles (take a cork or 29mm cap): FREE if anyone wants them (CartoonCod?) That big bottle is so much fun for sharing!

Cheers!
Lucas

Just straight wall glass carboys. Not ribbed

I may be getting rid of the cooler body but I think I will take all the little metal bits with me. I wouldn't hold out for just the body - it is one of the five gallon orange ones from Home Depot and is just barely big enough for five gallon batches (especially for big beers). If for some reason it still interests you let me know. I'll probably be done with it mid-May.

Thanks Keith, but I'm only interested in newer ribbed carboys. Lucas if you have any kegging gear to offload I'm probably interested.

Why only ribbed carboys? Is there a difference?

Do you have any kettles or burners?

I will probably be selling a ~9 gallon kettle with two welded bulkheads very similar to this (maybe identical - I don't know if Dave's stock has changed but I got it from him a couple of years ago). I'll also be selling a cheap, small, non-ported pot (roughly 4 gallons) that I use as a HLT or for decoctions on the stovetop. I'll most likely need the pots until mid-May.

My burner is probably moving with me.

Send me a PM when you're done with the 9gallon pot.

Keith,

Has anyone claimed your 2 6 gallon carboys? If not, I'm in for both.

if you're able to go out to sackville and get them you can definitely have them, I was kinda hoping keith would be here in Halitown soon. I don't need them very badly at all.

Probably not til the craft beer open house in may. And likely bussing it in town. I'm in no rush to move them but don't want to sit on them forever.

175g special B
300g carafa II special

If you do want to part with the cooler I'd definitely take it off your hands.
