American Wheat (6D) - Liquid Gold

Post by Keith » Sun Nov 30, 2014 6:54 pm

Below is my recipe for the 2014 Big Spruce Comp. Took 2nd place in the Big Spruce comp and wanted to share with everyone. :rockin: When I brewed this, I brewed it around a beer for mom which was a success and I'm brewing a batch for her annual boxing day event. It's a beer for the every day beer drinker.

Here are my scores and Overall Impression notes. I'd post a copy of my score sheets, but unsure if it's common practice to share these.

Flavor: 16/20
Mouthfeel: 4/5

Appearance: 3/3
Flavor: 15/20
Mouthfeel: 4/5

Flavor: 14/20
Mouthfeel: 4/5
Overall Impression: 7/10
Total: 38/50
