Nice simple summer beer. Orange and Spice come through very well after a few weeks of aging.

50% Canadian 2-row (G&P)
50% Munton's Canadian Wheat Malt
Rice Hulls may be useful

Hops will be all Spalt Select (6.3%):
0.6oz. @ 60min
1.0oz. @ 15 min.
Fresh cracked corriander seed 1.0oz. @ 15 min.
Orange peel (Bulk Barn) 1oz. @ 15 min.

Ferment with WB-06 around 23-25 degrees

Mash at 152ºF
OG 1.054
FG 1.012
3 SRM
24 IBU
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe
