Thanks Guys, here is how I spent my bday:

1029 Brewing
In Association with
EZMAC, Broadholme, & N-M-H Breweries
Presents:

Thriller - Pumpkin Ale (5.5% ABV, 20 IBUs)
A great way to take the chill off a crisp autumn evening. This amber/brown style ale is brewed with real roasted pumpkin, spices and brown sugar. These ingredients are combined to create what has been described as pumpkin pie in a glass.

Harvey's Bitter (3.8% ABV, 32 IBUs)
This brew is in the standard/ordinary bitter style and winner of the 1st annual Garrison Ultimate Brew-Off. Despite the name, is only moderately bitter and far from ordinary. Mild in maltiness & hop aroma, this highly "sessionable" brew delivers on taste and character.

Du Hast - Kolsch (5.2% ABV, 34 IBUs)
This Style is brewed at ale temperature and then cold conditioned. Light to medium body with a soft clean palate; subdued maltiness throughout leads to a pleasantly refreshing tang in the finish.

Hailstorm - IPA (6.5% ABV, 93 IBUs)
A very well balanced IPA with great hop bitterness and aroma but lots of backbone to back it up from the 4 different types of malt used. This time around Hailstorm is dry hopped for an extra burst of hoppy goodness.

Black Hole Sun - Black IPA (7.5% ABV, 77 IBUs)
True to its IPA roots this beer has a massive hop presence and a malty backbone. Deceptively refreshing, with a nice blend of intense hop flavour, aroma, bitterness and roasted malt notes. It’s very tasty now, drink this one fresh!

Harvest Moon – Pale Ale (6.3% ABV, 40 IBUs)
Brewed under a full moon with 100% Spryfield grown hops, this beer is very unique. The fresh hops were picked and into the brew kettle within 1 hour, while their oils and resins were still at their peak. This is truly a one of a kind beer, get it while you can.

Bron–y–aur Stomp – Pale Ale (5.5% ABV, 68 IBUs)
Deep golden, medium bodied & nicely bitter, this pale is made in the West Coast style. Generous hopping throughout the boil produces a fruity/floral aroma & refreshingly bitter finish. A true thirst-quencher!

99 Red Ballons - Oktoberfest (5.7% ABV, 32IBUs)
This Oktoberfest is a true German Lager. Amber in color, it has a delicate malt flavor and toastiness. The malt is nicely balanced with Hallertauer hops for a classic Noble hop flavor and slight dry finish. A long, slow cold storage ensures this beer is at its best.

Seven Nation Army – Irish Red (5.4% ABV, 39 IBUs)
This recipe combines seven kinds of pale and roasted barley malts to provide a rich, toasty flavor and tawny reddish hue. Malt-focused with an initial sweetness, roasted dryness in the finish and balanced out by EKG hops, this is an easy-drinking pint.

The Last of the Unplucked Gems - Extra Special Bitter (5.0% ABV, 32 IBUs)
This ESB is a rich, full-bodied English-style bitter, brewed with carefully selected malts and hops. The beer gets its malt backbone from Golden Promise and crisp bitterness from Warrior hops.

The Unforgiven - Porter (6.5% ABV, 45 IBUs)
Pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with strong chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops gives this robust porter the full flavor you deserve and expect…So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN

Comfortably Numb – Imperial IPA (7.5% ABV, 112 IBUs)
A hophead’s dream beer. This Imperial India Pale Ale has an opening salvo of mango, peach and citrus hop aromas that sit atop a pronounced caramel malt backbone. This strong and intensely hoppy ale has complex flavors and is both smooth and memorable.

Lithium – Altbier (5.0% ABV, 40 IBUs)
One of only a handful of traditional German ales. Altbier is Copper-colored, cool-fermented, cold-conditioned, clean-tasting, with an aromatic hop presence, a firm creamy head, a medium body, and a dry finish. A sip of Altbier is a sip of history itself.

After Midnight - Nut Brown Ale (5.0% ABV, 19 IBUs)
A full bodied ale who's color is a dark reddish brown with slightly fruity esters and a low hop aroma and bitterness. This beer will show hints of coffee, toffee and chocolate as it warms and allows the flavours to shine through.

Roxy Roller – Blonde Ale (5.4% ABV, 28 IBUs)
A medium bodied golden ale with layers of character. Delicate and whimsical flavors tantalize the pallet. Soft malts an aromatic hops blend brilliantly; the aroma is subtle but spicy with citric notes from the hops, balanced by biscuity malt. A beautifully balanced and wonderfully refreshing beer.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.
