Honestly, if the OIC isn't stricken down by the courts then there is something seriously wrong with the judiciary in Canada

I want to be confident that the OIC will be repealed as a result of one or more of the court challenges but I wouldn’t bet on it. With the amount of BS that’s being sprayed at Canadians about “assault weapons” I think they may have enough sway to argue in court that this OIC is what Canadians really want... Even if they’re lying to in order to garner that support.
