How crap is it just me or is everyone having one of those this year? This is the third time I've seen the ugly sweater thing since the weekend. that's the theme for the Fit Plus one lol.

I'd be up for this, always in the mood for a party where the idea is to look foolish! Would need a bit of notice in order to find the right sweater!

Lets do it! I'll offer to host. Saturday December 15th. I'll throw out a variation and call it a "Tacky Christmas Party". This leaves it open to anything from ugly sweaters to hideous broaches, antler headbands or personally decorated beer glasses.
My place is in Sackville less than 5 minutes from the Kent building supply store. I'll create a thread in the events section with the full address and more details as they develop.

Before this gets too organized, Shelley's Christmas party shall also be on the 15th.

I can't have everyone, but I could probably have 15-20.

I don't want to step on any toes or anything. I was just thinking of hosting an off-peninsula event for us 'burb' folks and anyone else willing to make the commute. If there's conflict, I'll step down.

Not a conflict as such, but Shelley has already planned this among her people, and I usually invite a few BNer's. Just making sure everyone knows early. Certainly not stepping on toes. There's only so many weekends.know1 wrote:I don't want to step on any toes or anything.
