Weird browser problem
Why does tsn show up like this on my laptop?

It shows http://www.tan.ca" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; looks like. Maybe clear the cache, try it in a incognito tab and see if that fixes it. Or look around the bottom of the page for a format selection thingy

They're probably doing some crappy user agent detection (and messing up) to give you the mobile view of the site.

It just looks like you zoomed out (Ctrl + scroll will do it). Atleast that's how TSN looks when I zoom out. Try Ctrl+0 to reset the zoom.

Whatever the cause, i've been looking at that for well over a year, so i'm just happy it's fixed.
