Maybe it was attracted to that bright red nail polish you use.

I stepped on a bee once - great cure for a hangover.
I stayed up 'til 4 or 5 or whatever the night before my first cousin's wedding, drinking Appleton Estate with him and his brother (all three of us in the wedding)... polished off a 40 and then some in a few hours. Stepping on that bee perked me up and seemed to put everything back in balance!
