well
....
we've decided
....
To move
....
To the UK!
I received my passing marks on my CMA Board Report while we were in Montreal which means that I now have my accounting designation (recognized in the UK, Australia and South Africa of all places) and my MBA. We don't have kids yet and we both want to do a lot more traveling, and both qualify for the UK's Youth Mobility Visa as we're under 30 giving us a 2 year work permit. I've already have some recruiters lined up in Edinburgh but any other connections would be appreciated.
Now the part that you've all been waiting for, how to get beer money
Well the house is a Kent Minihome in Lake Echo (99 Bumpy Lane if you want to check it out) that we're looking for $85K for (without an agent). its just over 1000sq ft, 3 bdr, 1 bath, great eat in kitchen with an island and a good size living room. I'll give detailed specs on the weekend when I clean up the house enough to take pics of the inside. Outside pics and the view from the lake are here:

If you find me a buyer for this, i'll give you $500 cash and any beer stuff that's in the house. (8.8cu ft keezer, 2 carboys, buckets, 40L aluminum pot, immersion chiller, swingtop bottles, 4 kegs, etc etc etc)
Second option is the 2011 Impreza Limited. Its got just over 10k km on it, perfect shape, leather interior, Sirius radio, and i've got 2 Thule bike racks that are included. The lease is $454 per month tax in and is a 48 month lease with 43 months remaining on it (i know it was dumb to get into it with even a slight though of moving). Incentive to the buyer is that i'll cover all lease transfer fees and their first months lease payment. On top of that if you find me the buyer, that's $250 cash in your pocket.

Well guys, that's the big news. Any help is greatly appreciated and this doesn't mean I'll be stopping home brewing, I just don't want to ship carboys
