Fry parasol mushroom

- parasoll mushroom
- bead crumbs
- eggs

mushrom take around in eggs, later in bread crumbs and fry in frying pan
In Slovakia very popular are this mushromm with mixed meat crow-pig and on the end are with cheese frying in oven

Hope that this mushroom are know in Canada

Interesting. This looks delicious. I have never seen this type of mushroom before. From the recipe, do you mean crow-pig as in wild boar or something similar, or crow (the bird) and pig? Neat mushrooms.

another populat mushrooms in Poland are Rydz (in english from wikipedia - saffron milk cap and red pine mushroom)

they only are frying fry in frying pan with salt, delicious, is possible take a grilled onion
