Once a year or so ... I vac pac it and freeze the leftovers. Donair dip is one of the usual items we either serve or bring to family get togethers.

What smoke did you use?
I used a bit of apple and cherry for this one. It turned out great!

I made a 3 pounder at the cottage Sunday and have another one to put on the smoker at home tomorrow for donair egg rolls, donair pizza, and donair dip!

Just finishing up a 6 pounder to take to a family get together tomorrow and I picked up a 20l keg from unfiltered this morning to go with it.

yep, did one today! oven not smoker
