Well I guess the age is good for it anyways! I'm just curious about it, my wife's family has a bee keeper right on their farm in northern NB, I might buy some honey from him and give it a try.

Your still fine. Mead can bulk age for years, so long as its sulfiited and the airlock doesn't dry out.
