Feature request: tag users in posts

Would be cool if we could 'tag' people in a post so that they would be notified by PM (or email) of a thread/post that requires their attention/help.

This MOD looks like it does the job:

Once installed, you can add

[tag]username[/tag]

which shows up as

@username

and that user receives a PM or email (based on a preference).

Any thoughts?

Yeah it could obviously be abused... Options for notifications are none, PM or email so it could be set to none by default for all users on the site.
