Siteground.

It's because we're on a shared server. A lot of the shared hosting plans have the same restrictions, they're just not advertised unless you read the fine print.

http://www.biabrewer.info/(the previous site I was on) has 8,489 members and only a handful of people who actually post. I think it's because you can only see attachments and pictures if you are a signed in member. It's an international site though. Different culture altogether actually.
