Site maintenance

FYI I'm doing some work on the site so you may notice it go up and down intermitantly this morning.

All done. I installed the BJCP competition site software (more on that later) and compressed uploaded images since they take up a huge amount of space. They went from about 10G to 4.8G.

It just needs to be configured by the competition organisers before being opened up for user registration. Stuff like dates, rules, payment, etc.
