Yes, there's a limit on PM's. If you're over your limit, you'll see something like the message in the image below. You'll have to delete some of your PM's, then hit the "release all on-hold messages" link.

oh, I think one was from me, just asking you about some wine things.

I didn't see the blue screen but just got a message from Keith.
