Thirsty in Chester

Post by zebradelaponie » Mon Jul 21, 2014 3:52 pm

Hello all, I found this site this morning while I was looking for a manual beer pump so that I could follow my lady's advice and start brewing my own beer. Her advice was actually to save money, but she is all on board with craft brews, in fact our next get away is to a microbrewery south of Montreal that she picked out. My immediate dilemma is that I have a 2" dia hole in my countertop, and just enough room to get a keg of Peculiar in a dead zone underneath. Sara Jean won't sell me the Spitfires old one (even though they discontinued Peculiar some 2 years ago). I think of this as a 'gate' or 'milestone' before actually brewing my own beer, as I would like to build a basement first (details, details).

I know! Thanks for deflecting Rob. That didn't sound how I intended. I was worried because you are getting thirsty down there in Chester, and only way out I could see was to put a batch on.

Beer is in the running for the healthiest of all alcoholic beverages. It has antibiotic, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties. It has been proven that drinking up to 3 beers a day decreases your risk of heart disease by around 30% and it also lowers your risk of getting diseases like diabetes. Beer is also chock full of important vitamins and minerals that you need to survive.
