Re: Official Stillwell Thread
Some us went out last night to Stillwell to try the Big Spruce comp winning beer " Bráthair Éric". I feel like it turned out to be a good session beer. Well, I brewed it so I'm bias lol.
From what I understand , talking with Chris last night, they will tap the cask tonight. The casks were was dry hoped. It will be interesting to see the difference...
I have to say that it's a great feeling when you see your beer up on the wall

I'm here now. Drinking Eric's beer. It's different. Definitely a more pronounced hop flavor. It's good tho.

I highly doubt I'll be attending unless Erin says yes. lol.No, you're not dreaming! This Valentine's Day we will be hosting one of our true loves, @troududiable. 12 taps, 3 sessions (12-3pm, 4-7pm and 8pm), by-the-glass pours from their barrel program and representatives from the brewery in attendance! $20 gets you your first pour and an awesome piece of glassware to keep - tickets can be purchased at the bar or reserved via tix@barstillwell.com.
