National Grill Cheese Day

This Sunday, April 12 is allegedly national grilled cheese day. Bullshit holidiay I suppose - BUT - I'll use any excuse to make grilled cheese sandwiches all day long. Anyone else making some epic sandwiches for the day??

Success. Dragon's Breath and really old garlic growler with avocado and beer bacon, grilled on the egg after a good clean out!

Good fucking shit!

I had Gruyere, avocado, bacon and lobster fried in butter and avocado oil with a hit of sriracha as a preemptive strike on Friday! :banana:
