Last night I did a pork loin tenderly rubbed with dijon, garlic and pepper and smoked over hickory, washed down with Garrison Pale Ale. And a little cake for desert

I had similar, must be the meal for marathon brewers. After my trip brew day. We had Chicken strip with pine apple sauce and fries lol

Smoked a bacon wrapped fatty today, I used a ground pork/beef combo instead of ground sausage. It turned out closer to a smoked meatloaf, I stuffed it with onion, jalapeno peppers, havarti cheese and baby spinach. Pretty happy with the results, love the smoke ring I got.
