As the title says is that an infection? New to fruit brewing, it taste alright haha

Looks infected to me. How's it taste? What was your process for adding raspberries? Frozen or fresh? When did you add them?

Tate's like a raspberry beer I guess, used Frozen berrys. Put it into another carboy to clear with gelatin.... I just added them to secondary racked over top of them

Well it's definitely infected...:( it's in a glass carboy and its got the white bubbles all over it. Idk if it was because of the fruit or maybe the plastic pail had not been cleaned out week enough. I guess I'll dump it out :(. That was a pricy beer to make with all the raspberries

woah, don't dump it yet. It can be infected and still taste good.

Agee with Mitch: sometimes infected beers can bring something new and interesting and better than what you intended! Before you dump it, try it.
