I made my own recipe for the beer and hop sausage, it's what Grant made for us a bunch of times - it's posted in the recipe section. I'd bring him a container with enough pre-measured/mixed spice, beer and hops to lace 30 lbs of pork, he was always happy to obligeLucas wrote:I got the sausages from Grant at Cavicchis' Meats in Tantallon.
