Does anyone have any spruce or fir tips in their deep freeze they'd be willing to part with? I want to incorporate them in a recipe I'm working on for the FemmeBot comp but it's not the right time of year for tipping...
Willing to trade some homebrew. Not looking for a lot, just enough to impart a little spruce-y character.

Hey! Have you tried maritime beer emporium. I think I've seen them there but not 100% on it. Good luck on the comp.

I am almost certain MW&B does not have tips. There may be an essence.
Call and ask it may be something that can be ordered 902-454-8278.

Could go for spruce infused hops: https://northwesthopfarms.com/products/ ... centennial

Is there a time of year when these are at their best to pick? I've heard that about similar things but not sure if it was that way for Spruce tips.

Thanks for the tip tips guys
My understanding is that you harvest them in the springtime.

I have some, meant to brew a spruce beer but never got around to it. They have been sitting vacuum packed in my freezer, send me a pm and they are all yours
