New drug at popular craft beer spot

Post by oceanic_brew » Wed Oct 17, 2018 9:11 pm

There’s this new drug product called cannabis at the NSLC store that usually sells our beloved alcohol products. It’s weird because they make you answer a riddle after purchasing.

What do you guys think of incorporating this into craft beer? Or homebrewing? Image

They seem to be pretty protective over it since it’s only in NSLC.

Thoughts?

I'd say a home brewer did it first. Check out the attached!

I feel like a cannabis infused beer would not be a good share beer at a Brewnosers meeting. Not t mention you probably need an oz of the product in a 5 gallon batch.

By my calculations it will be the most expensive beer you ever make (unless you are growing your own plants)

I have no use for it and certainly not in beer. I am not against it either btw.

I had a cannabis beer from quebec with no cannabinoids, (THC), just the flavor and it was pretty terrible.
Kegged: El Dorado IPA, Rocketfuel 2.0, Wet Hopped Pale, Ryrish Red, Marzen, BN Exchange Dunkel, BN Exchange NEIPA, Lies Lies Lies - Citra <0.5% ale
Fermenting: NZ Pilsner with Enigma, Strawberry brett cider

I meant the riddle part.... anyway

I made weed beer using a tincture from moonshine and pot. How’s that for illegal?

It was terrible. I know how to do it again and do it well but I just don’t care for that product. It’s a waste of ingredients.

I have had a wonderful pot beer. I think it was dry poted. I don't think the THC was a big part of the beer.

Your beer could be illegal depending on how you bought your products.
