amber malt

so I recently came into possession of about 9lbs of amber malt. On the rare occasion I've used it its been onz not pounds. any suggestion for 10g batch?

The Amber malt srm I have used is around 35 L. I went with 5% in my bitter. I also went with a small amount of choc malt to get my colour up without using a higher percentage of Amber malt.

Hmm, I wonder if you could take up a chunk of it making a "ten penny" clone or something in that style

ten penny might work it also might help get rid of the sack of peated malt sitting beside it :| . Sometimes I don't think before I buy stuff.

It’ll take you forever to use that much. Don’t go overboard on it and make a bad beer just to use it up. Try trading it off. I have a bunch of Munich and oat malt, I’d trade you a pound or two for some. There’s probably more, I can check my inventory tomorrow.
