About to mash in on a Cream Ale to keep the In-Laws happy!

Tropical Session IPA today. Hop soup.

Also, my two Canada beers turned out pretty well. My first lager, a Bo Pils, kicked by the end of the day and though the red isn’t as hoppy as I’d intended (was supposed to be a Red IPA), I think it’s pretty close to whatI think an American Amber should be.

Also added 1.5 lbs of raspberries. Not the color I was shooting for. But I’m happy with it none-the-less. Came out watermelon color. Cool for summer and smells GREAT !

Brewing up an American Pale Ale with Agave and lime zest. Using Triple Pearl for the hops.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Back at it after a year away with a simple Saison with BE-134
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Haven't brewed in a long time while I worked through the backlog. Finally was able to brew a simple, light, clean lager. Conditioning now, already sampling well.
