You guys are brave making a stout this late in the game for a competition submission due Oct. 27th!
I brewed 2.5 weeks ago. It will be ready to Keg this weekend and then condition some more in it for another 2 week. It will be fine haha :rockin:
Kegged: Maritime Fog (NEIPA), All Ryell'ed Up (Rye APA)
Fermenting: Seltzer Water
On deck: Something over the Holidays
In the hole: ...

Me and my brewmate are waiting on a Chocolate Porter to finish fermenting. We are going to break it down into two 5G batches. One will be left as a Chocolate Porter and the other 5G batch is going to be tested with PB extract.

Not sure how either will turn out but looking forward to tasting both.

Just got my exchange beer going today. Instead of going with another brett blended beer or some other crazy nonsense I went with an APA.

Past planning; have it, just need to get it cleaned of manufacturing residues and passivated. (Yes that means the old one will be up for sale shortly)

I just brewed my first all grain on the weekend with my grainfather I just got. I just brewed a simple Irish Red for my first time. Very rewarding experience!

Brewing my first beer (IPA) using ONLY my own hops. I've brewed where it was like 80% my own grown hops, but this will be 100%.

I need to pick up a big order at Everwood this week. Gearing up for my first two brew days since moving to NS... Vienna lager up first, followed by an IPA. Looking forward to getting the pipeline filled!

Hit all of my numbers yesterday on my first brew day since moving. 5 gallons of IPA is happily chugging away in the fermenter at 30 C (!!). It is my first time experimenting with Kveik yeast, and it smells great so far but definitely feels odd to be cranking the temperature so high.
