Interested to hear how this one turns out. I just finished a quick dark saison, french saison yeast and a similar grain bill. Great beer.

Where did you get the sabro hops? I had the ipa from propellor and loved it. Would like to get my hands on some.

We ordered 11lbs of it on the last hop group buy. The last 3 years we’ve done a group buy for hops around Feb/March with HopsConnect so we should regularly be able to get our hands on more. If not Northwest Hop Farms out of BC sells them by the pound as well.

Just kegged an American Amber ale. I used the recipe from Jamil Zainasheff's "brewing classic styles" book. I did substitute the crystal 40 half and half with Crystal 30 and Crystal 60 since Noble grape doesn't stock the 40 lov.

Here is my spreadsheet I've been evolving over the years for recipe calc and more.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... p=drivesdk

My next batch will be the pumphouse scotch ale clone. I haven't brewed that one in over 10 years.

Voss Kveik extra pale ale featuring ekuanot

I just love the kveik bubbling away, when I went to bed last night it was like a constant bubble!

I started a Brett saison (well, regular saison so far) on the weekend based on mumblecrunches 2018 exchange beer, with enigma. For the Brett I have an oatmeal stout from my 2018 exchange that I pitched with Brett from the three Brett beers that year. I meant to blend it into my 2019 exchange beer but didn’t, so I’ll bottle that soon and use dregs from that.
