Uggh really??? Couldn't they be a little more original with the style choice?
On tap: APA, Dubbel, Dark Mild
Fermenting: Brett Saison 2022, Schwarzbier, APA, Sour Brown,

No official details from Garrison yet other than the style at last year's gala.

I saw an announcement on Facebook maybe a month ago. I think it just said stay tuned for details but I haven't seen anything since. They confirmed NEIPA though.

Just dry hopped yesterday, probably keg on the weekend. I think my fermentation ran a little warm but I think it's alright otherwise.

I had to re brew, so late to the game but I think it will be ready in time. Did it over the weekend.

Yes someone else using the CO2 balloon (also known as BruLoonLock, for those familiar with Brulosophy).

I’ve been using a Mylar balloon for cold crashing for years with great success!

I forgot to do this on my first batch and is the exact reason I had to re brew it. It was tasting so good, got excited and turned the fridge down overnight without removing the blowoff tube. Yeah it sucked everything back. Epic Fail.

Yes and especially NEIPAs are sensitive to oxygen....the science is way over my head!
