Hey all,
I have about 1 ~ 1.5 Gals of sour cherry juice I extracted from sour cherries I picked last year. I'd like to brew a light-ish beer with them and get a bit of the sour flavour from the cherries. I don't want to do a sour beer as I think it might be too much. Looking for some advice on a good base recipe.
Thoughts?
thanks,
Jason

Find a good wheat recipe online or in this forum. Rack the beer on the juice in secondary after the krausen drops.

Yeah exactly that. Or a simple Blonde works as well. I do this with my watermelon blonde except I just gently pour pure watermelon juice into my fermenter after primary fermentation is done. Also it will kick off a secondary fermentation most of the time.
Kegged: Maritime Fog (NEIPA), All Ryell'ed Up (Rye APA)
Fermenting: Seltzer Water
