Bacon Off thanks

Post by mr x » Wed Feb 09, 2011 11:19 am

Thanks to Greg and the H&T for the event last night. Great showing of BN's. Also thanks to Nash for the Hop Tab samples, should be fun to play with.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Thanks all around from me too. Great showing of BNs! A couple of new faces, plus guys I had only met thanks to the keg buy. Glad to see the group expanding.

That was some tasty bacon, and tasty beer! I loved the "hint" (more like punch in the face) of coffee in the RIS.

Thanks to those who made some bacon: I think it'll be my next endeavour.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.
