So, I was at chalmers place for Easter dinner. He presented the following ham:

I believe it was smoked for two hours using hickory, and contained an awesome dijon mustard/maple syrup glaze.

I vaguely recall some other food being present at the table, but could tell you exactly how many slices of ham I had. :mmm:

I have been doing some baking and I finally got around to posting these.
First try at baguettes (brought these to the SAAZ meeting). These had a good 36hour cold ferment which really brought out some nice flavors.

Next is Ciabatta. I like making Ciabatta, probably because I like to use the word poolish and its damn good bread.
