More privately-run stores for PEI?

Not sure which one existing store they mean, though... maybe it's one of the distillers who does sales on-site.

That would be great. I've heard rumbling of something similar planned for Fredericton as well.

Hmm. Beer in convenience stores? More details likely coming in this afternoon's provincial budget.

The one privately owned store is in Morell. Been operating for along time. Not sure how the owner pulled that off (cough politics). Still has to follow the pricing and hours as the rest of the stores, I believe.

Interesting. Wonder how many years it's been open. I had no idea it even existed. Not that I have occasion to frequent the Morell area much these days…

I wish we had some private stores here in NB. I'd give my left nut for a store like Premier Wines in Saint John. :spilly:
