Bed Bath and Beyond does sell totrilla presses... I checked with the store in Dartmouth, and they do have some on order (but they're not sure when they'll show up).
If you want one sooner than "sometime in the future", you'd be able to order it on their website.

Is it a nice heavy one?
TimG's got a great one that I used @ Lagerfest, and he told me about a small (ethnic?) store in town that seemed to have them at a good price. Can you remind me/us, TimG?

I actually ordered a pair from BBB last week. If you pay for them in the store they will ship them free to your door.

Brined & grilled pork loin, topped with peppercorn goat cheese, served with double stuffed red spuds topped with maple smoke bacon and parm, and tomato stuffed with peppercorn goat cheese. Nice feed while the boy was away for a sleepover last weekend!

Looks awesome. How do you get the cheese in the tomato to melt without the tomato turning to mush? I've found that to be the hardest part with stuffed tomatoes.

The goat cheese is fairly soft to befgin with, so once the tomoato warms through, the cheese softens and melts nicely. Would guess a harder cheese may cause some issues.Jimmy wrote:Looks awesome. Ribs are done ... brown sugar bark makes them crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside!

Just an FYI for the grillers out there. HomeSense in Bayers lake has a couple of decent grilling books at a good price. Weber's Way to Grill is $9.99 and Char-Broils Canada Grills! for $13.99...I picked both up. Looks like I've got some recipes to try out!

The sooner the better.
A lot of times I don't even bother with the mushrooms.

Lamb rack (recipe here), served with roased garlic and shallot mash, sweet potato puree, and balsamic-glazed carrots.

Lookin tasty Xman
Smoked 2 hams and 2 racks o ribs, the ribs were pork chops on a stick! I learned something very important on this cook - ham hammered with Cajun spice is fantastic

Prime rib au jus, baked potato, green beens with pancetta crumble, herbed egg noodles.
Next time, the pancetta will go on the herbed noodles instead of the beans.
