Estimated OG: 1.064 SG
Estimated Color: 12.8 SRM
Estimated IBU: 50.4 IBUs
Brewhouse Efficiency: 77.00 %
Boil Time: 90 Minutes

Ingredients:

1.75 oz Warrior [15.00 %] - Boil 90.0 min Hop 5 41.6 IBUs
1.50 oz Bramling Cross [6.00 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 6 4.8 IBUs
1.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] - Boil 10.0 Hop 7 4.0 IBUs
1.50 oz Bramling Cross [6.00 %] - Boil 0.0 min Hop 8 0.0 IBUs

I shall be hammering the salts to this one. Probably dry hop with a combo of brambling and ekg. Thames Valley II yeast.

27g gypsum
2g table salt
23g epsom salt
4.5g baking soda
13.5g chalk

ImageUsing some 1275 from johnnymac. I made a 5l starter a month ago, and it's ripping though this wort like mad. Blew me away, I guess a little O2 goes a long way. :-)

Finished at 1.010, a bit lower than projected, but I'm impressed with the results. Was a little nervous with the chemical cocktail.
