Which in turn will be choked by increasing tax rates. Just a game of whack-a-mole over a longer time frame.

I'm pretty sure I heard on the radio that the Pogue is just doing the same thing as the Palace - closing the doors and aiming to re-open in the fall in a different format. I could be wrong, but I also think I saw a sign that more or less said that in the window as well.
