greetings
hello everyone,
just came back from big strange brew and met a few nova scotians and they suggested i join this forum. im 28 years old, live in cole harbour and been brewing for about 3 years now. im mostly into APA and IPA, especially from the west coast.

Well if you like West Coast IPAs then you'll surely love the ones brewed here on the east coast at the Hart & Thistle!

Jamie and his colleague Craig did the full-on brewing experience at BSNBB. Craig looked like he was trying for the full-on sunstroke too...
Some really nice setups there. I can't even imagine getting my entire brewing setup on the road - three sankes, two propane tanks, malt mill, a small potboiler and a 4' welded boiler/stand. Those young guys probably don't need more than a sleeping bag and a lightweight tent for camping - I might get the brewing equipment in the Honda Fit, but Marta insists on camping in style these days, so it's either brew or camp - not both.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
