Went there at lunch today with wife and kid. First time there. Great beer and food. Was nice to meet Greg. Missed all the fun though :(

We both really liked Fathom and Hoppelganger. Could have stayed all afternoon drinking those, but we had to be somewhere.

Thanks for your hospitality Greg.

Had a nice 12oz Desecration. Waitress mentioned there were a couple of guys there on Friday who kept pounding these back. Anyone we know? If it helps, my wife noted the waitress has two very attractive tattoos on her chest, not that I noticed!

I believe Chalmers, Boogie, and I were there at the some time. I think I saw you talking to Nash but didn't realize who you were or we would have introduced ourselves.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Oh No!!!!!. I assumed that Nash might point people out to me if there were any Brewnosers there. Never assume I suppose, as it says in my signature section. Caught myself out there. I would have loved to say Hi to you guys.
Next time :)

The boys may have been there when you were there, not sure though. You weren't there when I discovered them over in a booth :cheers2:

Thanks Greg, Also I think I would have recognised Chalmers as I have seen a picture of him.

I think they were hiding from me in the booth

It takes a pretty darn big booth to hide more than one Brewnoser... We're the loud ones who have a certain spread over our belts.

Thanks to Nash for the hospitality/brewery tour a few days ago prior to my sisters wedding. My now brother in law who I was standing with wanted me to keep his mind occupied the day of so I figured Rock Bottom was the place to go as he enjoys great beer. I had a few other family members who were in town and wanted great beer so I took them to RB for obvious reasons. Nash sorry the nervous groom cut the tour short as listening to Nash talk beer is interesting as hell. Your barrel aged Hoppelganger and Insidious were amazing. Cheers!

I’m going today for lunch 12ish. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Chris Chalmers to meet up with him to give him the burner to take to Berley. Maybe if there is anyone else there who lives by Chris I could leave it with them?

Thanks

Sorry Mark, missed last night's emails. But it's all sorted now. I'll be joining them for a pint shortly after noon, if anyone else is in the hood.
