Araxi is planning on coming down this coming weekend and I can send your hat with him and get it as far as Moncton. Or I can send it out to you if you don't mind paying the shipping. Leafman purchased one as well, so I can mail out both and you guys can split the shipping if you want. Just let me know what works best for you.

Most of the tiles got installed on the brewery walls today and should be finished tomorrow. The double stainless steel sink and hood range should also be installed tomorrow. It seems like things are taking forever, but progress is being made at least.

Thanks gents. It's seems like it's taking FOREVER to get done, but I'm very happy with how everything has turned out so far. With any luck, I'll have the brewery gear moved back in by the end of day tomorrow.

Jon, I hope to brew the first test batch in the next week or so. The sink, lighting, and the rest of the trim got installed today so I'm pretty much ready to go at this point. Just gotta find a little bit of time this week to get used to the new system and I'm good to brew up a small batch on it.

Specs/details on the range hood? Did you do some calcs or anything to figure out how much flow you'd need to handle such a large amount of boil off?

From my calcs, I needed a 625 CFM hood range to properly ventilate my brewery. My hood range is 900 CFM so it should be more than ample. When on high, it actually sucks my steel door shut.
