HELP!
Got an Irish stout (all grain kit from NG.
Forgot to ask what grain was substituted for the extracts!
I have:
550 g roasted barley - crushed
450 g dark crystal malt - crushed
2.8 kg of ? (this is the problem!)
28 grams northern brewer (Boil)
22 grams Cascade (finishing)
Anyone have any suggestions?
Brian

With the exception of leg extensions for the Blichmann, I think you're working with the same set-up we have. Rad.
How'd the brew go?
