NHL Bracket Challenge

Post by chicanuck » Wed Apr 16, 2014 12:10 pm

Howdy Brewnoser's,

I do not have the time to set up a proper playoff pool with players, tracking points and the like, given the playoffs start tonight. However, I did set-up a private playoff bracket league on nhl.com/bracket called Brewnosers. Send me your email address by PM before the games start tonight and I will send you the invite, then you can make your selections on the website. It is free to play but you do have to sign up at nhl.com, I guess we will just play for bragging rights.

Here is the link to the league page: http://bracketchallenge.nhl.com/playoff ... ?locale=en" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I have the emails for the guys in the baseball league, I will send out the invites to those gents shortly.

I signed up
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

I'm feeling pretty good about only missing two of the first round series. Chi-Guy is sitting pretty up top!

Congrats Moniker, I also owe you a beer. I came out of the gate fast in round 1 but stumbled in round 2, the way she goes.
