On tap: Xmas Beer, Multigrain Saison, American Porter
Fermenting: ESB, Italian Pils, Maibock
Coming up: Brett Saison
Bottled: RIS, American Barleywine
Souring: Golden Sour, Sour Saison, Sour Red, Golden Sour II

Thanks man - but I'm in Moncton :) I'll probably pick some up at the Home Depot sometine and put the jacket on the longer-term to-do project list.

Today's project might be to try and make my own belgian candi syrup (gotta find some food-grade lye somewhere), and I might brew a heady topper clone later too.

Taking my first crack at a NEIPA. Brewed it on sunday and it is bubbling away. Lots of hop material made it into the fermenter from the grainfather so hopefully I dont get any grassy flavors. First dry hop tomorrow.
