Just sauteed a bunch up with garlic and butter. De-licious! If you don't do this (and grow hops) you should. I didn't realize until this year that this was a thing. Mild asparagus without the unpleasant part of asparagus.

On Deck: Cream Ale
In the Hole: Kolsch
Clean Up: Tall Ships Ale clones
On tap: Propeller Pils, Festa Cream Ale
