Also with regards to sausages, we need to have some final numbers by this weekend so I can get the order in with Cavicchi's and bring them out the spice mixture.

Currently we have 25 ordered....should we say order 40-45 and sell some the day of? I know this was done in the past for about $3-$4 per sausage/bun.

In the past we've gotten ice the morning of from various pubs that were friendly to use. Their machines had enough time to make more ice for the afternoon so it wasn't an issue for them. Does anyone have time to call around to places Brewnosers frequent? We need about six coolers full and a few people with a vehicle to pick it up the morning of Hoptoberfest.

I may or may not make the fest but will take 4-6 uncooked sausage.

Only if this is doable. Feed people before you save sausage for me.

So with Sandy's added 4-6 links, that has us at around 30.

What are people's thoughts if I order say another 15 sausages? For a total of 45? Or should we make it an even 50?

Like I said I'm going to grab the spice/hop mixture this weekend so I need a rough idea in terms of how many ingredients to pick up.

Also if people want that are attending want to think about bringing some snacks, appies, sides, condiments since we have the sausages and buns taken care of.

One week to go! Cam is arranging sausages and Kevin is bringing some ice. We'll still need more ice. I can provide a few coolers for anyone who knows of anther place we can pick some up.

Who's running the social media for Brewnosers? I don't mind advertising it a bit more broadly this year in hopes of attracting more people.

For Brewnosers twitter talk to chalmers or Liverdance. As for other advertising we can get chalmers post it this Friday on the ACBeerBlog

I’ve still got no response from Ladies Beer League as well.

I think the main thing left is the gather up the ice. I can donate two coolers as well.

Ok folks I'm getting together the ingredients for the sausages.

I'm going to ballpark between 10-11lbs (around 50-55) sausages if that doesn't sound like enough please let me know I can add more but would like to know sooner than later.

I'll put in the order with Cavicchi's by the end of day today.

We need more ice volunteers to step up! We should start contacting some local places sooner rather than later!

I'd tackle this but will be grabbing sausages and buns that morning.
